J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. is accepting sealed bids for this former Church located on Central Ave. in Wichita, KS until 12:00 p.m., CST Wednesday, November 4th, 2020.

Written sealed bids must be submitted on the Sealed Bid Submission Form by email to khowell@weigand.com or by mail/hand delivery to J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc., Attn: Kevin Howell, 150 N. Market, Wichita, KS 67202, no later than Wednesday, November 11, 2020, 12:00 p.m., CST.

It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their Sealed Bid Submission Form is received by J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. before closing of the sealed bids.  Verbal bids will not be accepted.

All sealed bids will be opened and reviewed by J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. and Seller.  At the time of acceptable offer, Seller and Buyer will immediately enter into a Real Estate Purchase Agreement.  If no acceptable offers have been made, the top 3 bidders will be notified to submit their best and final offer.  Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/offer or to waive any technicalities and defects in a Sealed Bid Submission Form.

By submitting a sealed bid to purchase the subject property, Bidder agrees to participate and be bound by the terms and conditions.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the accepted bid amount to create the total purchase price.

At the conclusion of the sealed bid process, J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. and Seller may award the sale of the property to the accepted/successful bidder.  In the event of a tied bid, J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. will ask the tied bidders to submit a final and best offer to break the tie bid.  At the time of an acceptable offer Seller and Buyer will immediately enter into a Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
